The Greater Houston Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (GHSGNA) would like to extend an invitation for you to represent your company and products at our Annual Educational Conference to be held on September 09, 2023. The conference location will be at Hilton Garden Inn, 6840 Almeda Rd, Houston TX 77030.
A conscientious effort has been made in the agenda to provide participants and vendors with numerous networking opportunities. The exhibitor’s fee for participation is $500.00 per table. Fee includes your display table with a sign-in sheet for attendees, conference agenda copy, a meal ticket, company participation information included on website and power points. Set-up time for the exhibits will be 6:00-6:30am. Participant’s registration and breakfast begins 6:30am, program starts at 7am.

Diamond Sponsorship: $1,000.00 or higher
Platinum Sponsorship: $750.00
Gold Sponsorship: $500.00
Silver Sponsorship: $250.00
Bronze Sponsorship: >$ 50.00

If paying by mail, please return attached vendor registration form with your exhibitor’s fee by August 30, 2023 to ensure exhibitor space and recognition in printed materials.
We also continue to look for unrestricted vendor educational grants. With your generosity, we can continue to help fund high quality speakers, innovative topics, and educational sponsorship to meetings for our members.
